We will send you a free sample pack for the product you have ordered along with the items you have ordered (and sometimes our other products!). Your pup can try these samples completely risk free.
If your pup is not satisfied with our product you may send back the item you ordered for a refund!
Simply email us at info@waggleworthy.com letting us know you would like to return the item, and we'll send instructions from there!
When Will my Order Arrive?
We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail 24h Tracked or Royal Mail 48h Tracked (unless you select another option at checkout). If you order before 2pm between Monday and Saturday your order will be dispatched the same day.
Any orders over £30 will receive free delivery via Royal Mail 24h Tracked.

How Many Treats are Included?
We bag all orders by weight and as our products are natural, size and weight varies.
You can see a rough illustration of the number of treats in a pack by selecting the size you are interested in above, the product photo will update with an accurate picture of that weight!
Does the product smell?
Our products are made from natural fish, so they do smell like fish - however, all of our products are supplied in re-sealable bags which lock in smells and maintain freshness!
How many treats can I give my dog per day?
Fingers:
1-10kg: 1 per day
11-20kg: 1 per day
20kg+: 2 per day
Cubes:
1-10kg: 4

Are they suitable for a dog with Pancreatitis?
While some of our customers report that their dog with Pancreatitis love our treats, we recommend that you consult a qualified vet to assess your dogs unique circumstances.
My dog eats Hypoallergenic food, can they have these?
While many of our customers give their pets our treats alongside their food, we would recommend you consult a qualified vet who is better able to give you guidance based on your dogs unique circumstances.
Do they give dogs smelly breath?
While immediately after eating one of our treats your dogs breath will be a little fishy, the scent quickly goes away! In addition, the abrasive quality of our treats help remove plaque while not damaging teeth, so your dogs breath will be more pleasant in the long run!
