Shipping policy


Shipping Methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

  2. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. (Currently this is the free option for orders over £30.)

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the time they are placed. If orders are placed before 3pm Mon-Sat we endeavor to dispatch them the same day. Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or special promotions.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, and the total weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as shipping destination, selected shipping method, and external circumstances beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the carrier's designated pick-up location, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped.
